2009 GRAD PARTY INFORMATION

Seniors, we are looking forward to a great night of fun and games!  We would like everything to go as smoothly as possible so we are providing you with some information regarding the grad party.

Please check the bus lists that are posted by the office to know what color of bus you will be riding to and from the grad party. You will only be allowed on your assigned bus.

Volunteers will be checking a bus roster and your photo ID. They will also be checking you for unapproved items before you board the bus. Please do not bring anything other than what is allowed.

Items that are confiscated will be placed in a zip lock bag marked with your name. Items will be returned the next morning upon departure.

On graduation night we want to get to the party and spend time there. Buses will be loading in the back by the faculty parking lot. Buses are scheduled to leave the parking lot at 10:30 pm.

After graduation you can leave your cap and gown with your family or in your car in the Skyview parking lot. Your cars can be left in the student parking overnight. Please do not leave valuables in your car.

WHAT TO BRING WITH YOU TO THE PARTY:

• PHOTO ID
• SWIM SUIT AND TOWEL (HAIR DRYERS AND TOITLETRIES WILL BE PROVIDED)
• MEDICATIONS INDICATED ON MEDICATION FORM
• DISPOSABLE CAMERA
• FLIP FLOPS (OPTIONAL)
• SMALL DRAW STRING BACK PACK (TO HOLD ITEMS LISTED ABOVE)

WHAT NOT TO BRING WITH YOU: (ITEMS WILL BE CONFISCATED AND NOT RETURNED TO YOU UNTIL AFTER THE PARTY.

• CELL PHONES
• I-PODS, DIGITAL CAMERAS OR ANY ELECTRONIC DEVICES
• PURSES OR LARGE BACK PACKS
• CASH OR VALUABLES
• CIGARETTES, ALCOHOL, OR DRUGS (UNLESS INDICATED ON MED. FORM)
• SILLY STRING, NOISE MAKERS OR OTHER ANNOYING ITEMS.
• FOOD, GUM OR BEVERAGES

Closed toed shoes are recommended for some of the activities.

A lifeguard will be on duty during the swimming activity.

A photographer will be present taking pictures of all of the graduates. Photos will be available for download at davescottphoto.com

As you board the bus you will be given a goody bag. Once you are checked into your bus, you will not be permitted to leave the bus until it arrives at the party venue. NO SWITCHING OF BUSES IS PERMITTED.

The buses will return to Skyview the next morning around 6:45 am. All prizes and confiscated items will be given out that morning at breakfast.
