SENIOR GRAD PARTY INFORMATION:

Hey Senior Parents,

We are in the beginning stages of planning all the fun activities for your student at the all night grad party.

There are also several other events that we are in charge of planning as well. Senior Breakfast, Senior Video, Baccalaureate, but of course the big one is the party.

It takes many parents to plan and coordinate these events. Please come to our meetings and be a part of this exciting time in your senior s life. Our next meeting is on Tuesday, May 4th at 6:30 pm in Room 405.

If you work for a company or own a company that could make a donation, we are a nonprofit organization, and it would be tax deductable.

Dear Business Owners and Friends of the Community,

The parents of Skyview s High School graduating class of 2010 are planning a Drug/Alcohol-Free Graduation Party. The party immediately follows the graduation ceremony on June 18^th, 2010. The senior parents plan this event to insure our graduating seniors have a safe and fun graduation celebration.

We are seeking donations from local businesses and community members to help support this event. There are many ways for you to help. You can make a cash donation, sponsor a senior who might not be able to afford to attend, or make a donation of a prize or services. Anything you can do is greatly appreciated.

The cost for a senior to attend the graduation party is $80.00. All donations are tax deductible, and you will be given a receipt for your donation. Your donation will also be acknowledged in Skyview s Newsletter, Skyview s web site, at Baccalaureate, and publicized at fund-raising events and to all parents of seniors.

Please send donations/coupons/gift certificates to the address below. Checks should be made out to SHS 2010 Grad Party.
